综合支持：从临床服务到个人和团体治疗

服务是根据特殊教育委员会（CSE）小组制定的个别教育计划（IEP）的要求来决定的，并根据IEP的规定将相关服务纳入学生的日常生活中。 家庭学区CSE团队负责为需要额外服务的学生做出额外安排，超出了绿烟囱学校的能力范围。

咨询

由指定的社会工作者（家庭的主要负责人）为所有绿烟囱学生提供个人和/或小组社会/情感咨询，以解决特定的社会/情感IEP目标和目的。 社会工作者是教育团队的一部分，他们与教师、相关服务提供者和家长一起，制定具体的干预措施，以满足个别学生的教育需求，并将这些干预措施记录在《个人危机管理计划》中。 他们还在需要时协助进行危机干预。

言语/语言治疗

Speech/Language intervention addresses the student’s ability to comprehend the information being delivered in the classroom, effectively communicate knowledge gained, and be understood by others. 根据他们的IEP目标和目的，被他们所在地区确定为需要语言干预的学生，将由绿烟囱的临床医生安排服务。

职业治疗

职业治疗 intervention addresses the student’s ability to fully access the learning environment in the areas of written assignment completion (fine motor skills), organization of materials and workspace, and reacting to the surrounding environment (sensory skills). 那些被所在地区认定需要职业治疗干预的学生，可以接受由IEP授权的Green Chimneys临床医生团队提供的这些服务。 New York State Education Department requires parents to provide Green Chimneys with a physician’s prescription for occupational services before services are scheduled.
